Hello Ebay I am very frustrating...I am a honest person and have positive feedback..
The buyer did not pay for pocket calendars auction number 201757695945
because I accept only paypal and that person does not have paypal....so I did not send the item...
yesterday I got negative feedback from that person ...how he/she/ can give negative...I did not get money so I did not send....can Ebay Help ? Can Ebay delete that negative feedback ?

If you contact Ebay, they should remove the negative.......

Unpaid case, odd the buyer gave malicious feedback without you being paid.

Did you file an unpaid item case yet? If it closes for non-payment, the feedback should be removed.

^^ This. If you haven't dne this, do it now, and close it a few minutes after 96 hours giving the buyer a strike. The feedback should then be removed.

If you open a non-paying case through the Resolution Center -- and win -- your neg f/b will disappear.

As others have said, open an Unpaid Item Dispute. If the buyer does not pay, after 96 hours and one minute of opening the dispute, you can close it manually. You will get your FVF back, the buyer will get a strike, and all feedback will be removed.

I advised to file the unpaid item case to close out this transaction, but here in the US there are time limits involved as to how long you have after a sale to do this. I'm not familiar with the rules in your country, but you might check that since it may be too late to do that now.

So not only does the neg stay, you also can't get a refund of your Final Value Fee. You've done thousands of sales; how do you not know how to handle non-payments?

Moving forward, make sure you're going through the Unpaid Item process: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-items.html in these situations. That way you're automatically protected when a buyer doesn't pay.
