Buyer did not pay for item and wrote me negative feedback

Hello Ebay I am very frustrating...I am a honest person and have positive feedback..

The buyer   did not pay for pocket calendars auction number 201757695945

because I accept only paypal and that person does not have paypal....so I did not send the item...

yesterday I got negative feedback from that person ...how he/she/ can give negative...I did not get money so I did not send....can Ebay Help ? Can Ebay delete that negative feedback ?

Hi Dana,

I don't know if the settings are different in your country, but in the US you can set up a block on your account so that buyers who don't have paypal wouldn't even be allowed to bid. Try checking your account settings and your country's policies to see if this is an option to help you in the future.
