Hi, new seller here:
I just got a best offer from an international buyer, but I hadn't designated a shipping option for international buyers. The offer is for the price I'm asking for, but when I click to accept it says that I will have to ship to the Philippines, with no shipping cost designated. I know that the best offer is for the item only, but when do I assign a shipping cost? I listed shipping within the US as $15 flat rate, but didn't have an option for international. It would probably be $80 for me to ship internationally, so I just want to make sure that I'm not shipping for free by accepting the offer.
Thanks!

I'd suggest adding the shipping charge to the listing BEFORE you accept the offer.
Is the buyer aware of the cost to ship to the Philippines? Better make sure of that before dealing with the offer.
Into your life it will creep
