What can I do when eBay makes a decision on a case and it’s unfair?! I need help! I sold a fragrance sample, in the pictures I show the original bottle next to the sample, showing you it’s a sample. In the description I clearly state it’s a 5ml sample and this buyer wants his money back because he wanted the full bottle, so I couldn’t come up with a solution between me and the buyer so I asked eBay to step in and right away they told me to give a refund to this person that clearly doesn’t know how to read about what he or she was buying and when I clearly state that I don’t accept returns. I feel robbed and I’m freaking mad!! 😡

If the buyer had merely asked to return the item because they didn't like it, then you could have denied it since you do not accept returns. It sounds like they filed a not as described return, though, and you have little choice but to either refund or have them return the sample for a refund. I would have done that in a heartbeat.
Ebay rarely, if ever, will rule for the seller if the case is filed within the Money Back Guarantee rules. Fighting and losing will also get an unresolved case on your selling account record.
In my opinion, it is foolhardy to have a gallery photo predominantly showing the full size product when you are only selling the little plastic sample. Even if you describe it, ebay wants the photos to match the description. One of your samples doesn't even state it's a sample in the title. I would change out those photos.

Never, ever put up a listing with pictures of items that are not included in the sale. I see it all the time. People selling one item, yet the have a picture of the ten items they are selling. You should have simply refunded the buyer. Now you have a defect and you were never going to win this case.
I buy music instruments on eBay. There is a guy who sell fridge magnets of expensive vintage instruments for something like $9.95. He has several negatives. Many people it seems were expecting the instrument that costs several thousands of dollars for $9.95. The listing is clear, but people don't read the listings in today's smartphone world.

Agree picture of bottle doesn't belong with the sample. From many past posts of sellers.........you will get buyers who expect the bottle. But removing the bottle may not completely solve the problem as you will need a size indicator in the picture....many use a coin......... because, again from past posts of sellers, buyers will expect the sample to be larger than it is..........

Forget about the sample, call ebay and try to have the defect removed. You should use the sample as the main picture, and if you have to, add another picture with both for comparison as in "see picture #3 for comparison). Some people think they can buy the world with their 7 bucks.

That looks like you’re selling a decant and they are prohibited on EBay. I would be careful about contacting EBay.

From eBay's "Used cosmetics policy" page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/used-cosmetics-policy?id=4290
Not allowed
--Used cosmetics
--Used makeup sponges or applicators
--Cosmetics, colognes, perfumes, lotions which do not come in the original container

I'd take down those listings before eBay has a chance to see them and suspend your account. (Even if you take them down, I believe eBay can still restrict your account based on past sales/listings.)

Sorry to say but as a buyer I would be freaking mad!! I am not saying you are totally at fault
by any means.
With all of ebay's glitches and purchases made from my phone, which I have stopped doing,
I will only purchase from my laptop or cpu to make sure the full description shows.
I personally would show a small ruler or coin next to the 5 ml sampler if I were you and
eliminate the bottle in your pics, since the bottle is NOT what you are selling.

There is a lot of good advice from many posters here. You cannot sell samples of these perfumes that you bottled yourself - that's the first problem you need to address.
After that, follow all of the other advice provided about listing photos, descriptions and Not as Described claims.
You have a lot to learn about selling on eBay. Do some research and if you have questions come here and ask.

You're making a lot of assumptions. You can accept the helpful advice offered or ignore it - it's your choice.
