Anyone having problems with the New Shipping Label Page?

I noticed the new page yesterday but when printing Print your label - it doesn't print so I took a screen shot and had to print all my labels yesterday and today that way. Maybe I'm missing something. I liked the old page as I could open it up and just readjust the sizing if I was mailing out a small box - but I don't even see that option now.

Mine changed today too.  It doesn't have the usual print box on it now, so I have been hitting the little printer icon in the upper left of my screen and then it appears for me to print.  The label sizing changed too.  I'm using firefox.

I use the chrome browser with no problems printing a shipping label. Haven't seen the new shipping label page as of yet.

Ask @mr_lincoln He's been having problems with shipping labels. He almost had to ship via Pony Express.

They said firefox users with built in PDF viewer may still face issues

I'm using IE - I did find a thread on the shipping board that many are having the same problem I am and yet others don't seem to have the exact same problem. A lot are upset that they have the pre stick labels and they can no longer line up the addresses in the boxes.

A couple of IT techs chimed in and seem to know what the problem is - but of course only Ebay can correct it.

Yea I responded to fern because she is using Firefox.
Not sure about IE, when this whole thing started it was mostly just IE with the issue
chrome & other browsers worked, then it appeared as the day went on it began affecting more of the browsers.
now I see same as you many can't set half page labels or margins.
Appears the work around mess is just that a mess.

Thanks labs, I hadn't looked around much for any info on firefox issues since hubby was able to figure out a way to make it print, but I hope they fix this back to the way it used to be.  My labels right now are smaller than they used to be and it is more work to get them to print.

I'm now fearful every time I go to do my labels.

@tunicaslot I'll have to take a look at the new eBay setup when the next sale comes in. I just printed a bunch of labels through stamps.com earlier.

Whether I purchase postage from stamps, paypal or eBay I always save the labels as pdf files, then I open them in photoshop and create a 4-up page. It takes all of 30 seconds and I go through half the paper that way. The labels are large enough for USPS to scan but small enough to fit on a 4x6 box.

The 2 I printed from Chrome were definitely smaller AND showed sideways on the screen, don't know why they'd do that.

I was okay with printing labels on Friday (Chrome) but noticed when I received a package yesterday from an ebay seller that it was the smallest ebay label I've ever seen.  Someone was ticked and just went ahead and printed out teensy.

I never print labels until the day of shipping - those **bleep** ebay "your widget has shipped!" messages  - but I'll be out all day tomorrow and not returning until the stroke of 4:30-ish for a dash to the post office.  An adventure in printing tonight awaits, I'm sure ...

I'd say the same thing and I can count on less than 10 fingers the times I've printed labels early but we can't make it to the post office and back before the shotgun start and then one of us will still have to leave the event early to make the 4:30 trek to the post office.

It's a golf tournament for charity.  Really.
