I just spent an extremely frustrating hour, mostly on hold, with my bank, only to finally have the problem blamed on Ebay. Normally when ebay sends available funds to me over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday, in this case both), it shows up as deposited and available in my bank account Monday, no later than 12:00 PM, usually 11:05 AM for some reason. But today there's nothing, not even 'pending' deposits from Ebay, and this wasn't a holiday weekend or anything. The overseas phone reps for my bank (repS, plural, because they transferred me from one to the next) said Ebay has not sent funds, period. But here in my Payments page, it shows FUNDS SENT at 2:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, same as usual.
So I am just wondering if anyone else on daily payments did not see an expected deposit in their bank today. I am not about to endure the grief of getting hold of another overseas rep (this time for Ebay) saying "Okay Ma'am" over and over, and then tell me it's my bank, not Ebay.
Swear to god, it is the year two-thousand and twenty-two, a computer can process a bazillion calculations per second and transmit them via internet in that same second, yet when it comes to money there is no reliability or predictability.

I have found that there is nothing on earth that you can do to speed up a bank transfer as no humans are involved in it.
I have been on managed payments for several years now with daily payouts and while there isn't always one every day (sometimes I will get 2 or 3 in one day), they always show up.
I can't imagine spending hours on the phone trying to track one down will make it show up any faster, nor is ebay going to cover your overdrafts for spending money you don't have yet.

The absolute crazy part about it is, I called yesterday, and specifically asked "are there any other *out of the normal* reports of people not getting their payouts yesterday?" and was told "No".
Meanwhile, im over here freaked out, wondering if there was some kinda cyber hack....gawd I miss the PayPal days when the money was instantly available.

OP here. I see I have a lot of reading to do in replies since I went to bed last night. But this moment I am just in panic mode. It is 11:15 AM and I just checked my bank account because my ebay deposits usually post at 11:05 (again, weekend ones usually post at that time on MONDAY morning, but I figured if some glitch caused a 24-hour delay, then SURELY I'd have the funds in my account by this moment).
No, STILL nothing from Ebay.
There are things I NEED to pay for today, things I THOUGHT I could pay for yesterday but had to put off to today, including people I promised that to. I can smooth it over with them by showing what is happening, not just to me but other ebay sellers. But who WON'T care is CVS pharmacy, where my blood pressure medicine refill sits waiting for me, and I don't even have enough money for it.
Oh and you know what's not good for blood pressure? STRESS LIKE THIS.

This definitely does not sound truthful on the behalf of ebay. My bank gets a notice in the morning, and by 11am its processed into my account (weekdays). For ebay to say they sent the money, and know they didnt, isnt an inspiring of confidence in the company.
Case in point, Ive already received todays payout ebay sent this morning. But I still havent received the payouts from Sept 17, 18 & 19.....go figure.

Try a different bank. I use SoFi, and they process the same day. The only problem is they only process on weekdays. But still, when I was with BOA, if I made a sale on Friday and it landed on a holiday weekend, I knew not to expect that money til Wednesday, which was super annoying.
But with an online bank, ebay sent the todays payout with email confirmation at 3:06am, and by 11am todays payment was in my SoFi account.

I'm in the same boat here. Got my payment from yesterday the 19th this morning but both payouts from Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th are missing. Not once have I ever not gotten them on Tuesday morning. Spoke to Michael in managed payments and added me to the ticket. Couldn't give me a timeline on when this would be fixed but was assured it is there top priority. I sure hope it is because It has put me in a real bind this morning. Really miss the days of paypal as we never had any issues like this.

Same issue here, missing my Sept. 17 payout, but I did receive the Sept. 19 payout. I already called the bank, they can't see it. eBay CS said they are having issues with the Sept. 17 and 18 payout transfers, but that anyway it can take up to 3 business days to receive the money in the account so there is still time to wait... Well, no, I always get the money within 1 business day, so it's clearly their issue, but they do not really have an estimate for when the issue will be fixed, said they're working on it and opened a high priority ticket (everyone gets high priority tickets). This is a high payout to cover all my bills, which are due in a few days, when I owe money to eBay for some unexpected scam return they take it right away whether I have it or not, but when they owe me it's fine, we can wait without an estimate. I'm sure they're trying to figure out what's happening, but at least send an email to all affected users, to let them know about the issue and when it will be fixed!

I noticed that today we never got our payout and I have been on the phone with eBay and my bank. One blames the other, go figure.
I am missing my payouts from 9/17, 9/18, and 9/19. Like I have said time and time again, they run a real clown show operation here.

Here's something everyone can take with a grain of salt, as that's probably all it's worth, but I might as well say it, in case anyone who understands this crud can explain it.
Yesterday afternoon when I was on the phone with my bank because I assumed the problem was on their end, the FIRST rep I spoke with (Yani) at first sounded like she couldn't see anything that I couldn't see, by looking at my account online. But she eventually "found" the deposits from Ebay, said they were "pending" and started going into a long script about how deposits can take 24-48 hours to clear because "blah blah blah, Ma'am".
I was like, "Wait, so you're saying you HAVE received them from ebay, correct?"
"Yes Ma'am, but it can take 24..."
"Yes I know that, I just want to make sure I understand the first part. You DO see those two payments from ebay? Where?"
"Ma'am, they show as 'pending' payments."
"Why can't I see them, even as "pending"? I have my account open right now, the only item marked 'pending' is a debit to Apple for my monthly cloud storage fee. No pending deposits."
"Ma'am, you also have a pending debit to Planet Fitness, for the amount of......"
I tried to get her to give me more details about the two EBAY deposits, like what time does it show that they reached my account to begin the clearance process? But I swear to god, she acted like she was deaf and/or stupid, kept referring to Planet Fitness and Apple, as if I hallucinated the part where she said there were two EBAY deposits! Then she said she needed to ask an associate for help and would I mind holding for just a few minutes.
At least 15 minutes later the hold music stopped and the bot recording started asking for my account number, as if I were making a brand new phone call! With no other choice, I entered all that and pressed this and pressed that, had another long hold to get a human, this time "John". I said I was on hold from Yani. He put me on hold while (allegedly) looking up Yani, came back and said he would transfer me to her. I had little confidence in getting back to Yani, figuring John was just shoving me off to 'whoever' but before I could even say anything else, I hear the music again. Then after another long hold, I hear a female voice that sounds just like Yani, but this one is saying her name is 'Ren.' Whatever. But she says she can help me if I just explain my situation to her, so I go through the whole thing again. But SHE says she does NOT see any pending payments from Ebay, nor can she explain how Yani could have seen them. However, she also could not see the pending DEBIT to Planet Fitness. So it really does seem like maybe Yani had access that Ren did not, but Ren said there was no way to transfer me to an agent based only on their first name, so yeah John was indeed just shoving me off.
So if you've read this far (don't blame you if you haven't), I don't know whether Yani just made it up to give me false reassurance or what. If so I wish she HADN'T because this whole thing would feel a lot cleaner if I just knew that they hadn't actually received a thing from ebay.
