Same here. Buyers getting emails saying they were outbid when they were
not. Have had a few stuck for over 90 minutes at this point. Jumped on
chat and let them know so hopefully IT can fix it
Having the same issue as well. Mine are always sent in the middle of the
night. Thought it was strange I didn't have a payout email this morning.
Did a chat and they said I had to talk to the payments department which
wasn't available for chat. So ha...
