I always go to USPS website and fill out form for them to pick up my packages for mailing. Hasn't been working now for a day. Anyone else having this problem?

I find it sometimes doesn't work late evening. Possibly them doing updates.
Lately I've been getting emails from passed pickups on if they were successful though. Not everyday though. But over the weekend for instance I probably got about a dozen going back to late September.

It's been buggy on & off for a few months. Though I found that many times I got the error message, but the request still went through. Also, the confirmation forms have been buggy for months. Sometimes 2 weeks will go by with no confirmations & then I'll get them all on the same day. Ugghh. Luckily, I just text my carrier directly. Well, I did, until he retired a few weeks ago & now I get a different sub every day 😥 Fun.

Thank you to the posters who found out that I must be signed in the my USPS account to schedule a pick up!
For the last week I had been going nuts, writing notes to my wonderful regular carrier, and dreading the day a sub was on my route.
It would have been nice if the USPS had somehow mentioned that signin was now required to schedule a pick-up.
Since the eBay label printing pages offer links to Schedule A Pick Up, is this USPS change something the Shipping team should address? Do they know about it?
Hey @tealt, I'll be glad to pass this over to the shipping team to make sure they are aware.

I've always been signed in to request a pickup. I thought you always had to be, been doing it that way for years. However, the month + of bugginess has been occuring when you are signed in.

If it does now. It didn't used to. Was helpful to log in though so you didn't have to fill in the usual address details in the first step though.

I had the same issue. So I logged into my USPS account and was able to schedule the pick up.

Oh, maybe that's why I always did it that way. Doesn't matter though, the point is that even WITH being signed in, it's been buggy for months on & off.
