Anyone else having this problem? My sales completely died at the end of the weekend and haven’t picked up at all. My views are much lower and I’m getting no response on my offers which is unusual anyone know what’s up?

As of today: with in the last 5 days Ebay stock price went from 45.37 down to 41.52

But on the other hand you can say the stock price from 1 year ago went from 74.70 down to 41.52.

Same. Absolute silence. No questions, no sales, a few watchers on auctions but that is it. Business was good prior to the eBay change.

2021 Net Income (profit) was $13.608B (that's BILLION).
I never said they weren't. I responded to your post that Ebay had zero cost of sale. What I said to you was "I don't think your measurement should be how much you make verse Ebay. As long as you make money the who cares. Besides you have no idea of what Ebay's Cost of Sales is in the first place to enable you to figure out what they made. To assume they have no cost of sale would be completely wrong." And I stand by what I said.

You do know that wasn't all because of this site, right? Ebay has other holdings, lots of other holdings.

Most of my sales are either early in the month or late in the month when they get their social security, pensions, dividends etc. The middle of the month can be a real bummer.

The listing changes. How that could be connected I have no idea but that seems to be the day sales disappeared for me and others.

One has nothing to do with the other. Only about half the sellers have been rolled into using this new form yet. It isn't sitewide. It will take them a few more weeks to get everyone using the form. But the form is just that, a form. It isn't connected to our sales rates, or at least I don't see the connection.

My problem has been ongoing since mid-May. May 13th to be exact, which is when there was a major disruption on the eBay site which was discussed on several threads in the Technical Problems forum on that day. Here is a link to just one of the threads.
The changes that took place around the same time as the disruption were mostly Category and Item Specifics related. I don’t know if the changes to the Listing Tools are problematic.
Anyway, my sales for the remainder of May were down 30 to 40%. My sales for June were down 40 to 60%. My sales on July 1st were down 68%. I went from my normal 1 to 3 sales per day to zero sales per day in a very short period of time.
The 4th of July weekend produced 10 sales for me. Acceptable but still not normal. I had hoped that my store was getting back to normal and that some of the eBay problems had been resolved. It was a very short lived. The remainder of July was a roller coaster ride.
It was like someone had flipped a switch. Suddenly the month of August was back to normal with 1 to 3 sales per day and a few no sales days…. Completely normal.
Beginning around August 28th my sales began to fall off a cliff again. I have been seeing steady decreases for the past 2 weeks. Down 39.2 % and still dropping. I did have a flurry of 5 sales over Labor Day weekend which didn't even cover my $60 store fees by $10. Of course, that was charged to my debit card. Yippee!
Major anxiety attack here.
This is an ongoing problem that is still broken hasn't been fixed.

Same here. I called and talked to someone and they said everything was fine. I was like, no, it's not!

I am at 1 sale in the last week for $21. Sales are way down across the board.

Look around. Everything is not fine. Nothing is fine. Gas over $5. Inflation sky high. Why, oh why?

Which is exactly why many sellers are seeing a downturn in their sales. People are setting priorities on how they they spend their money due to the high cost of gas, food and just about everything right now. Choices have to be made.
As to why this is happening, much is still due to the Pandemic and the damage done to the supply chain on more products that I can count. Gas is due to two things, the war in Ukraine and the greed of the oil companies.
For those that think this is specific to the United States, they'd be wrong. These are worldwide issues.

According to the Feedback of the original poster, he has received 136 FB this year as a seller which is an average of just over 11 a month.
In the past month he has received 21 feedback, so I guess the slump was a passing thing.
