Anybody else getting mail with your eBay name on it??

I see this in my Informed Delivery for tomorrow.  eBay is the only place I can think of where I use 'gurlcat' other than some interest forums, ages ago.   But why would anything not be addressed to my real name??

I vaguely remember someone making a post about some kind of Paypal class action suit or something recently, but I don't remember any details, in fact I could be fabricating the memory. 

Anyways, anybody else get something like this?  Know what it is?

YES that's the post I was thinking of, thank you!  -I tried to search for it but my only keyword guess was 'paypal' and there were a crazy amount of results for every day in history.

That's WEIRD.  Is it not?  Like why do they have access to our addresses but not our real names?  I don't know, I'm not wigging out about it and now I'm glad to see it's not just me.  But it's weird, lol.

Yes @gurlcat , that does seem weird. If it was from Paypal, why would they use your eBay name?

Was this class action lawsuit specifically targeting eBay users only?

It's possible I was using gurlcat as my Paypal username back in the pre-M.P. days.  Wait, no, Paypal uses contact email address as username.  Yeah maybe this is just for eBay-affiliated accounts.  SO mysterious!  I will show an actual photograph of whatever I get, since this will probably arrive to others here.

My mailman rarely arrives before 2 p.m. -Later on Mondays (lots of catching up).  And on a Tuesday after a holiday, pfff, it may well be dark before he gets here.

Here's what I received.  -It's not from Paypal like inhawaii's. In fact there's literally no "entity" cited.  The closest to a company name is the website "paymentcardsettlement" . 

I really don't know what to make of this, whether it's scammy or not, whether it's worth messing with or not! I wonder if eBay could provide any insights??    devon@ebay elizabeth@ebay kyle@ebay

'Please scan the QR code'...never never do that....I heard a lot of this where that QR code will go into everything on your phone and take what they want.

We are also on here posting and answering questions...a few here where we give answers to questions are phony baloney with no problems.
