Anybody else getting mail with your eBay name on it??

I see this in my Informed Delivery for tomorrow.  eBay is the only place I can think of where I use 'gurlcat' other than some interest forums, ages ago.   But why would anything not be addressed to my real name??

I vaguely remember someone making a post about some kind of Paypal class action suit or something recently, but I don't remember any details, in fact I could be fabricating the memory. 

Anyways, anybody else get something like this?  Know what it is?

I received that months ago.  I did not ask to be part of the Class, so I thew it away as I do with all the Class Action Award notices I receive.
