Just want to give a shout out to the Authenticity Guarantee department
for once again saving me from a bad seller and a huge headache. I knew
this order wasn’t going to turn out well the day after I bought the item
but I waited patiently knowing eBay...
Shout out to the eBay authenticity guarantee program. Whoever designed
and implemented this program should be the next CEO of ebay. The level
of service is truly astonishing. They are blowing other platforms away.

Ebay authenticate sent me a counterfeit Gucci bag and when I tried to
open a return request it won’t let me. In addition, bag was listed as
new without tags however the long crossbody strap was cut and shortened.

And also, if it does somehow get shipped to me from whoever got it from
the post office box….it will show as delivered and because it was listed
as new and authenticity guarantee there is no way to open a return
request. You can’t open a return reque...
