Hi there! There is a buyer bidding on multiple items all ending days within each other we've been in contact after she won two or three items she asked for an invoice.. this is an experienced buyer, so out of curiosity I asked her do you want to wait until your other auctions end or do you want separate invoices and she said no that's fine let's wait till they all end Two days go by she still has about four auctions in the works that she's bidding on she asks for an invoice again I said the same thing I said last time her answer was yes thank you, send me an invoice when all auctions are over.. let's fast forward to today all of her auctions have ended except for one..that ends about 4 hours from now..she has multiple purchases. she sends me a message in caps she needs an invoice and that she will never shop in my store again because it is like pulling teeth to get an invoice.. mind you she still has another auction she's bidding on that ends this evening so I forwarded her the email exchange we had last night with the agreement that after the final auction was over I would send her an invoice for everything to which she agreed to !so right now I'm at a loss so the question is am I missing something??

LOL! People...
I'd probably go ahead and send her the invoice, and tell her if she pays it and ends up winning anything more it's going to cost her more in shipping costs, but do whatever you want to do.

We would go ahead and start sending them. Sounds like shes going to be a tough customer. If shes forgetting what you already told her . Start sending them. Best regards

It appears that she may have possible memory loss or desires incremental invoices on her winning auction items,
and may then request a consolidated invoice and submit payment.

Possible.

Ahhhh...now that makes a bit of sense..incremental invoice.. yeah that makes sense now why didn't she say that ??? it drives me nuts I have Stellar reviews not one single bad review! I don't know what I'm going to do if she leaves a bad rating because she has memory loss and did not communicate properly...hopefully eBay will allow me to remove it( my guess is its coming) if they go back and look at the messages and see that she did specifically agree and request to have the invoice sent to her when everything was done

I would have sent her the invoice the first time and each time she asked. Doesn't hurt to send in several packages.

I assume you know this, but just in case, if they don't pay the invoice, you can invoice again after the next item is won, and adjust shipping costs each time as necessary.

That's the confusing part she specifically said she wants everything shipped in a small flat rate box which I wasn't even sure if it was going to all fit she wanted one shipping rate and I couldn't invoice her for future purchases that she may or may not win it leaves me not justvscratching my head ...but literally pulling my hair out

Awww. Don't let it get to you. Just Breathe. My guess is she is missing something and maybe you missed the clues that she apparently needed to have an invoice for her own reasons. It's been a long time since I used the auction format. With my experience with buyers of auction style listings, I would have sent the invoices automatically and let the buyer do what they needed to do. Aparently she sees it as some problem you had for not wanting to send them. I know where you were coming from and were trying to help her. However, it seems she doesn't see it that way and instead of conveying to you to yes, please go ahead and send each one, she just said whatever. Yes, why didn't she just tell you? I wish good results for you all the way around.

Ted...that is EXACTLY what i should have done..ive never been in a position like this.. I've invoice for multiple purchases but it was always the obvious invoice when you're done bidding let me know and I'll send you the invoice for everything I get it..i do.. people want what they want and maybe that's just how she feels comfortable making multiple purchases I just wish you would have clued me in on that before blasting me at the end of it all.. I apologized profusely..practically begged for forgiveness..she said NOTHING.. I guess it's just not how I would have handled it had the roles been reversed if somebody apologizes to me I accept apologies but whatever

It's for situations like this that the adage "No good deed goes unpunished" was coined.

Don't worry about something that could but hasn't even happened!
Should you receive a Neg, it is most important to respond with a carefully worded professional reply. When I read a seller reply I decide if that seller is someone with whom I feel comfortable doing business.
Manny of negs that buyers leave have little & or no merit.
