14 Day Returns Still an Option with Existing Listings.

I'm changing my 30 day returns to 14 day returns and my 1 day handling to 2 day handling.  No more TRS+ listingsslight_frown

But why? Starting tomorrow 14 day returns are a thing of the past in most categories.....so why waste time changing to a 14 day policy?

I believe that any listing you make through the end of today will still be TRS+ for 30 days ... at least, that's how it has worked in the past (the rules applied to a listing are whatever is in effect on the day the listing was created, or renewed).

I thought existing listings can stay as 14 day returns.  Am I wrong?  I think that is a better option than 30 day returns and certainly better than 30 day with free returns.

There is only a very small % allowed at 14 day.

The five return policy options will be:

  • No returns accepted
  • 30-day buyer-paid returns
  • 30-day free returns
  • 60-day buyer-paid returns
  • 60-day free returns

Restocking fees will no longer be a return option.

I thought it could remain 14 days if listing was made today or earlier.  Do you think it will automatically be switched to something else?
