Stop doing every single thing in that program you paid for and end all of your listings. None of that will ever sell. I researched this a few years ago and found out that Sri Lankan sellers only managed to sell about $200 worth of tea per week on ebay, and that is spread between thousands of sellers attempting it.
Go watch some youtube videos where American sellers go out and find interesting things in various marketplaces and sell those. Try to do that.
Your only hope in successfully selling from Sri Lanka is antiques and various used / vintage items from your country.
You won't be able to compete on anything that is new, either we already have it in our stores, don't want it or Chinese sellers can sell it cheaper than you can. Forget about drop shipping. Drop shipping suppliers love to take the money from Sri Lankan sellers and then never ship the product or ship trinkets in place of expensive items as they know that every drop shipper in Sri Lanka ends up banned from ebay in short order anyway.

I always leave buyer feedback so I seldom do follow-up communication after a sale unless it is for some special reason. There are a couple of exceptions.
1. I always check shipping options to see if there is a cheaper alternative for shipping the item to a buyer and let them know I can ship the item several dollars cheaper and if they are OK with me shipping the item for example using UPS ground as opposed to USPS ground advantage. If they are good with that I ship the item the cheaper method and refund the buyer the difference.
2. On occasion I ship an odd shaped or odd packaged item and will let the buyer know how the item is shipping and how it is packed and provide pictures. For example I sent a fly rod in a piece of 6" PVC pipe which had a cap glued onto one end of the tube and one end that had a cap that was removable so they didn't struggle trying to open the glued end. For example in the following the end with the G's is the glued end.
