I'm from Canada and I'm thinking of selling a couple of new sneakers under Ebay.com not Ebay.ca. I want to use the authenticity guarantee. I read the terms & conditions that it is my responsibility to ship the item to Ebay facility in USA. Do I ship this item to USA for authenticity or Canadian facility whether the buyer is from Canada or USA?

There are a ton of eligibility requirements for sneakers and the authenticity guarantee following is the whole policy but I pulled a few key segments that may apply to your situations.

US buyers pay a flat $14.95 eBay shipping fee when purchasing sneakers that qualify for Authenticity Guarantee ($30 if the buyer is located in Canada, $45 if the buyer is in Australia, or £8.95 for UK transactions). We'll then send sellers a pre-paid FedEx shipping label so they can ship the sneakers to the authentication facility, free of charge. If you have a buyer with a multi-quantity order for the same item and are unable to print enough shipping labels through your eBay account, please contact us so we can assist.
To be eligible, sneakers must be sold on eBay.com by a seller located in the US, to a buyer with a US shipping address (including Puerto Rico). Sneakers shipped to Canadian or Australian addresses will also be eligible, if the listing is final sale.
Currently, authenticated sneakers cannot be shipped to any other locations, including unincorporated territories (incl. Guam, Virgin Islands, North Mariana Islands, American Samoa and Palau) and U.S. Armed Forces bases.
The following will not be eligible:
Some purchases inspected under Authenticity Guarantee are considered final sale. Please read eBay Money Back Guarantee policy for details.
