Ads not showing?

I just started relisting new items and when I go to promote them, this little blue exclamation point comes up saying "Ads not showing". Has anyone else noticed this? I am wondering if it is another glitch. This has been going on for about 2 days now. I posted this in the Share eBay Technical Issue section but I thought maybe someone in the Selling forum would know.

I see 23 listings on your site.  Very nice.  Not sure why the "ads not showing" comes up unless perhaps ebay is suggesting you upgrade more than 1% for promoted listings.  It may be a glitch indeed.

Came here to ask the same question-it's happening to me as well. I have two Ebay stores, and when relisting/sell similar or adding a new listing in both, it says "Ads not showing". I also sell in the Clothing, Shoes & Accessories category. I wonder if it's just a glitch in that category? 

Anyhow, it's really annoying!

Like I stated earlier...I'm wondering if it's a "suggestion" to upgrade the promotion percentage?  It wouldn't surprise me.

I’m almost positive now it’s a glitch. If you go to your promotions, you can see that they are delivering. I agree it’s extremely annoying!

looks like you checked almost immediately after listing........may not have been enough time.........  I see at least one of your items showing as sponsored

Had the same issue. Had to increase the amount from 1%/1.1% to about 2% for a lot of them and after about 30 seconds the message went away.

It could be a glitch. But it could also be a case of you need to up the amount if you actually want your ads to show up now and then because of other people possibly using higher ad rates. Similar to buying adwords on Google or Bing and the price you put them at is too low.
