Account closed

It is the worst trying to contact anyone. I closed my account a year ago and keep getting bills and I went through hell to get it closed then. I keep getting emails saying my statements are ready but I shouldn’t have any. How can I possibly get anyone to help me with this? Help topics don’t offer this option and this is why I don’t use it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you were a seller with outstanding debts, eBay won't close your account until those debts are satisfied. If you owe eBay money, sooner or later a debt collector will be knocking at your door.

That’s the problem, I don’t owe any money and went through hell to get the account closed. I actually talked to a person but don’t recall what I did to get someone.  The emails stopped for a few months but have started again.

Ok thanks? But I know why they are saying I owe them money but all I really wanted to know was how do I get someone to tell me why it’s still an open account and look at notes or something and close it. You know , customer service? Any answers that can tell me how to get in touch with someone would be awesome.

Why are they saying you still owe them money?

Until it's paid, they won't close the account
