Hi @pouya666;

You are registered on eBay USA (www.ebay.com) so you are allowed to sell items on eBay USA. You would be considered an International Seller if you tried to sell on any other eBay website, actually. A lot of posters and sellers here in the USA don't understand this, but it's true.

There isn't an eBay website in Sweden, so that isn't an option for you. If you want to try selling items locally, I believe eBay owns tradera.se, but it's not set up as part of the eBay group of websites. You would have to create a new account there, and your items would not be shown on any eBay websites.

eBay USA only has shipping options available that are in the USA. However, many sellers from other countries sell on eBay USA very successfully.  For shipping, you will need to contact the post office in Sweden, and figure out how much it would cost to ship each item to the USA, to other parts of Europe, and so on. Then you would enter those prices as "Flat rate shipping" for each country on the listing.

By the way, because  you are in the EU, if you register as a Private Seller, eBay has to charge you Swedish VAT on their services (all selling fees). So all of the fees will be increased by 25% from the published rates that are shown. For example, the 10% Final Value Fee (charged on the total amount paid by the buyer) would actually be 12.5% instead because of the VAT. I understand that if you register as a business seller and provide your VAT number, then eBay is not required to charge VAT on their services.

Have you tried to call eBay on the phone to ask them about your problems ??

As you are a brand new seller, you will not be allowed to sell internationally until you have a proven record of seller reliability to Ebay. You are limited to selling in your own country for now.
