It has already been posted, though it's not in Announcements yet. Apparently this is a "soft open."

In the posting,"Your Spring Seller Update is here." There are two links. The link to the update overview is working. The link to joint this discussion is not working. When you click on it  says access denied. I had to look through the community to find the actual discussion to join it.

The biggest issue I see with the new eBay international shipping option is that the insurance coverage maximum is only $100, considering I don’t sell anything on my main account for such small money it offers little protection. Global shipping has protected me for thousands of dollars in missing/lost packages. Considering eBay international is open to over 60 more countries, I perceive the possible losses to be that much greater. I’m not sure if the lower cost to buyers would increase international sales enough to hedge the loses.

Jeez, the first 2 things I try to look at are broken or wrong: 

I get this & the message 'this site can't be reached'

That happens when I clicked "updates to how you list" & then at the bottom click the hyperlink to "Remove Backgrounds from Your Photos Instantly"

Additionally, when I click into the New Offers to Buyers section, well, at least that one comes up BUT the example at the bottom, which says "how can you see your eligible listings" is WRONG.   It has the Best Offer Eligible tab highlighted in yellow.  It should be the SEND OFFERS ELIGIBLE tab that is highlighted.  

Scary.  Literally the first 2 things I look at are wrong or broken.   Scared to look at anything else.   If you can't even get the announcement right, how can we trust that any of the changes are working correctly?
