Our sales have collapsed the past 7 days. We have over 10,000 products
listed. When we click on our store we only see 92 products. When we
click on "see sellers other items" we see the same. Every time we
refresh the page the number changes. It jumps...

If the buyer signed a written confession stating that their intention
was to scam you and get a refund AND get to keep the product for free,

all our 10,000 listings today. These are all from months ago.

service metrics dings dating back to October, but...

The current service metrics 5% should be doubled to 10% also, because
sellers with a return rate higher than 0.10% need to improve! I mean our
peers all have 0% return rates crying out loud, we've all got to
improve!
