Well, I like many, many other Sellers, am facing massive return request due to USPS being unable to process the Mail. Ebay is of no help (not to blame of course, just like I am not to blame and nor is the customer) However, we are now facing massive returns , late deliveries (impact on our ratings). Do we shut our stores down in order to avoid these issues (either temporarily or permanently) Will Ebay listen then? I see all of the comments as to the mail being stuck (as mine is-in a certain mailing center) This is happening across the country. There is no rhyme or reason (except it appears the smaller the mail, the faster it travels whether it is media First Class or ground) Any package of any size above a small package is simply sitting in many locations. They must be going for Quantity . Like the more they get through (no matter the time received) the better it is for the USPS. And not so good for us. I see the Comments here and I feel the frustration in the "Chats" with Customer Service- they are obviously getting the same question over and over again. So, what do we do, move all of our money from the bank so they can not take the refunds out automatically? We have no power in this situation and EBAY can place a hold on our funds and even reach into our bank accounts if the money is not coming into Ebay. In all of the comments, I note one major thing- Ebay is remaining silent. I am sure this will pass, we will make many many returns, they will eventually get the package , we will not get our money and Ebay will remain silent. We will complain about our ratings, Ebay will remain silent. I see one singular characteristic.
