I hate the new active listing format.....can someone tell me how to add a note to self on a listing?.....it was easy before, but now I cannot figure it out...is it possible to switch back to old active listing format?

Shipping damage

I do not understand why buyers blame sellers for shipping damage and never seem willing to file an insurance claim with USPS.
