From what I can see in feedback, you've only ever sold a few garage door openers and that was over a year ago. Listings are not saved that long. You will have to create a new listing if you have acquired more.

Looks like you haven't sold for a long time on eBay and have no current listings - so eBay maybe be viewing you as a new eBay seller as you haven't sold any thing for over a year. New sellers have limits until they "prove" they are worthy (i.e. up to eBay standards)

If you are referring to that Door Tech Buddy, looks like you recently sold one. Find that one in your sold items and use the "sell similar" link to list more. All of your previous info should still be there so all you need to do is adjust the new quantity you now have.
