Adding a note to self on listing

I hate the new active listing format.....can someone tell me how to add a note to self on a listing?.....it was easy before, but now I cannot figure it out...is it possible to switch back to old active listing format?

I have to go in after its listed to my active listings and click the three little dots and you will see an option to add/edit note
