'seller requirements not met'

When in Seller Hub, Manage unsold listings, I'm getting 'seller requirements not met', when trying to 'relist', or 'Relist as fixed price', multiple unsold listings.

All 3 of my stores were having this problem last month, then one of my stores was able to list multiple items.

I'm still having this issue with two stores.

I've had no problem in the past, and I have set up 'Managed Payments', and have been getting paid.

I am able to list individually, just not in bulk.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

If a eBay tech is reading this...my store Pop Culture Heaven Com is able to post multiple unsold listings.

My other two stores Pop Culture Heaven II, and Pop Culture Heaven III is getting the 'seller requirements not met' error. Can someone check what would be causing this? Thanks!

Check to make sure you have a valid payment method for paying your seller fees. If possible add a credit card as a payment method or backup payment method.

Several users have indicated that adding a credit card enabled bulk relisting once again.

Thanks,I found out that my 1st store(about 7 years old) had a 'valid payment method' already setup, my two newer stores did not. It seems one has to not only set up a 'valid payment method', but also 'Managed Payments' for the multiple listings of unsold items to work.

Hello! I came here with the same problem. Suddenly I am being blocked from relisting my items and a message states I am not qualified to sell on eBay?????? I have been selling on this site for over 15 years...what the hell is going on? Did anyone contact you with an answer? I phoned Customer Support and was met with silence...they told me it was being checked into and in the meantime, if I wanted to relist items, I must do it one-by-one...geez...I have been relisting manually for three days and still have over a 150 to list...this is really sick.
