FE issues 21915469 - valid shipping service must be specified & 21915469 - Add 1 pic

I want and entered "Calculated" in the ShippingType column.  

Error 21915469   - At least one valid shipping service must be specified.

Where do I find what to enter for USPS? USPS didn't work in the ShippingService-1:Option column.

@shipscript   I'm using FE to do my work offline. If I can't get the item to upload to the site, how do I add pictures after the upload, please?

Error code 21919136   - "Error - Add at least 1 photo...

i put the copy to note pad to stop this.  Then cut past to the boards.

Updates:  @shipscript - I remembered you said to use a placeholder for the pic url. I found a great site!

I finally found the shipping codes to use:

Great sleuthing to get the codes on the developer site. The shipping type codes are also available near the end of the 2015 File Exchange manual, but the website codes are updated more frequently.
