i need to save my listings to retrieve a a future time as ebay only lets me hold for 90 days

i have 2 stores that I use for 6 months at a time, moving from east to west coast. ebay will only let me hold my items as unsold for 90 days so i need to save each listing (about 200) to a file to retrieve at a future time approx 6 months. can someone help me?

The easiest option which will allow you to download all listings, photos, everything in one shot and store on your computer as long as you need is to use third party listing software.

Many of them offer free 1 week trials which you can use for the initial download. Then when you're ready to list, buy a 1 month subscription so you can use them to upload all your content.

You can also use the out of stock setting and change all your quantities to 0. Those listings will end after 6 mo and will move to your unsold section where they'll last another 90 days. You can relist from there, but will probably want to turn off the out of stock setting when you return as it's intended for sellers with consistent multi-quantity listings that they need to preserve during short periods of restocking.

Here's some info you should bookmark as you'll need it after your move:

First go to this page under your account settings and update all relevant address fields. The next time you go to print a label, click on edit next to your ship from address on the right side of the page to make sure the updated address is showing before you purchase the label.

Don't forget to update the location on your listings. Go to your active listings page in seller hub, select all listings, click the edit button in the menu above your listings. From there you can use the bulk editor to change the ship from zip code on your listings to ensure accurate rates when calculated shipping is used.
