Multi User Account Access (MUAA) permissions issues with creating and editing drafts

Hello everyone!

   I am trying to have a friend of mine help me with some listings on eBay and I cannot get the permissions for creating and editing drafts to work.  I have the account connected and I was able to get the Terapeak research to work along with the view orders to work. But I when I try to create and edit a draft I get this pop up every time:

Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried everything. I created a totally brand new eBay user account and then gave that permissions, I have tried adding and removing all off the access accounts many times. I have run out of ideas. If anyone has anything that would be great!

yes having same issue I keep getting the message "you don’t have access to creating or editing drafts for ." in the ebay delegatee account. I have spent about 5 hours in chat with many different people at ebay and none of them know how to fix. it has been about a week since I have been able to get any listings listed. 

they have had me change my phone number opt in and out of sellers hub, create new accounts, add credit cards, and change other settings but nothing has fixed it still dead in the water for the assistant. 

does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this?

Hey everyone, try this if you keep receiving the error and you already have the authorized user already entered in the system and want to reinstate access. I clicked on "+ Add user", then it made me log in. After logging in, I clicked on "Cancel" to cancel adding a user. Then, I was able to reinstate access. I think it is giving errors / glitching due to needing a log in again.
