I thought on April first when I could once again access the ' Classic Seller Page ' through View My Listings that this company had finally listened to the masses that couldn't stand the ridiculous new seller page. .. But no it was a April Fools Joke and this piece of garbage, time wasting, ugly new seller page is back again... And I can't access the Classic Page anymore. ............ So once again I have 5 listings to a page instead of 200. That means 77 pages to scroll through. I have to scroll back & forth to see everything. Can't see how many watchers, how many bidders, how much time left, all in one spot ............ The people that run this company are seriously lacking in any common sense. Who are the idiots that made this decision ? ......... Once again Why can't I see The " Classic View ' if I want too, what harm is that. . what a shame .. what a shame

the thing I like most about the " new " page is that a third of the screen is devoted to telling me I can list another 2 billion items a month. I've been really worried about hitting the limit

' internal studies ' .. yea the same people that made this seller page ... I'll listen to them alright.. all you have to do is read these discussion boards .. when I called they told me they were already getting plenty of calls ... go back and read the boards from March when they first changed the seller page ... the only people that prefer this either work for ebay or don't sell anything .. 'give it a chance'.. yea right

Sorry, but you guys missed the marked with this. There's just TOO much info. that WE as sellers don't need to constantly be seeing and not to mention it's terribly designed. When we want to access it, we'll access it, but don't cram it down our throats.
There's no reason whatsoever that the previous format can't still be accessible for those that choose it. After-all, we do pay for this stuff don't we?....

Your classic page was easy to use and the new one is awful. Print is way too small and it takes a hundred clicks to find anything. Why can't we choose which to use so we can list and sell quicker?

We HAVE given it a chance. Can't find ANYTHING. Endless SCROLLLLLING through EMPTY SPACE that has nothing to do with printing the shipping label that I used to be able to print as soon as the MyEbay Page loaded. The stupid hub is NOT DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WHO USE A COMPUTER. Not EVERYONE uses an iPad. **bleep**.
Why won't you let us have the page? WHY FORCE US TO USE SOMETHING THAT WE DONT WANT OR NEED TO USE????
Twenty one years on this site. Y'all are doing EVERYTHING you can to get rid of all the sellers that made you what you are. Disgusting. Now I have to go hunt for twenty minutes just to figure out where the shipping label button is...oh, that's right our new "aesthetic" doesn't like buttons. ugh.
Look at this. THREE LISTINGS. GLARING EMPTY WHITE SPACE. SCROOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

Where's the classic view?! Stop this nonsense! We don't want a new seller hub. Can we possibly make that any clearer?!

The Classic Seller page is so much better......eBay, PLEASE restore the Classic Seller page or give Sellers the option!

Fine. Let the 83%ers use the new hub.
Leave the classic view for those of us who want it. Ebay is gigantic database. There is absolutely no reason there can't be multiple frontends to access it.

Im with you on this one. I have been fighting on the phone for years a they keep trying to flip the switch into the new seller hub view and I keep telling them "DONT CHANGE IT!" And they finally did. And they are still using Covid as an excuse to not be able to call them; which doesn't matter since you only get incompetent people with fake names in foreign countries who only read scripts and cant actually help anyone. The is a prime example of a once successful company who has no common sense at all.. Who makes eBay Money? The sellers. Who do they keep screwing over? The sellers.
What they dont get is they cornered the market in the Auction listing, flea market type arena. They keep trying to change their image to be Amazon. eBAy, you are not AMAZON, stay with your old format and stop screwing over sellers and you could maintain extreme wealth well into the future... But you wont do that will you? Terrible business decisions...

I will tell you one more thing 'gotta love dogs ' .. this is not about the hub page. Yes I never liked that, but I got used to it. I could always click ' View My Listings ' and the 'Classic Seller Page' would come up .. that is what this is about ... Getting access to the Classic Seller Page and not being forced to use this ridiculous new seller page

i too have been a long time seller..over 20 years and this sellers page is the worst thing yet..i try to understand when they update things but whenus old timers pay thousands or hundreds to them each month thenthe sellers page should be left alone since we are paying for it....hopefully can figure out how to get old page back or my time on ebay might be coming to an end....

Document says "improve the experience for sellers". Completely subjective and condescending. I have been selling on ebay since 1998 (probably longer than you have worked there) and this is by far the dumbest move ebay has made. There is nothing in that document you linked to that remotely improves the experience for sellers. I realize that I am a grain of sand in the ebay universe by while ebay's sales numbers were down last year, mine were up by a huge percentage. I can tell you that the time wasted by this tedious nonsense of an interface will invariably cause me to list fewer items going forward just do to loss of time navigating through the minutia of layers that are unnecessary. Tell your masters they need to ask the large sellers what they think.

I would believe that only when I see the 'internal studies'.
04-21-2021 07:23 PM
Internal studies...lol. This company no longer lives in the real world. Just the other day I was invited to sign up for some seminar. In filling out the form I was asked what my preferred pronouns were! My name in John Doe. I use 'he and him'. Now tell me how this new page is anything but ridiculous!

Most are reporting that, after giving it a week, the seller hub is preferred to classic view. The internal studies show that 83% prefer the seller hub. Give it a chance
Who did they survey?...ebay employees only.
