i sold a large item that was pickup only...the guy never came picked it up and that was 60 days ago but now has filed he wants a refund...i refuse to refund his money becasue its buyers fault for not coming to get item....do i have to refund him....t...

how can I reduce my monthly selling fees...its up to 28%...its crazy...I follow their guidelines on everything...am a power seller excellent rating but the fees keep going up

how do I switch over to ebay payment processing instead of using paypal
