how do I tell customers that - Im away from my home zone and will ship item as soon as my return ?

Buyer claims inad in message, wants to keep item and get refund cost of item.

Item sent was the exact one pictured. Buyer claims it was not and sent a message requesting $30 refund, but will keep the item. I am already $22 in the negative due to fees and undercharging for shipping. Pictures were not sent. What would you do?
