It suddenly started happening near the beginning of November, but I can't edit or make new templates. I will try to save an update or make a new one and it just says 'saving template' with the spinning circle for 20+ min. Then I need to close out because when I used to work on selling templates, it would need only 10 seconds to save one.
I reported the issue over the phone yesterday, it still isn't working. I asked a few friends/my boss if they could make/edit templates, no go on their end either (3 other accounts).
Help?
I can't list until I can update my templates considering the item specific apocalypse added so much time to my process otherwise. (With templates I can pre-fill most of them... and try to get back to listing at my previous speed.)

Another 'me also' on this time-wasting and inhibiting loss of function.

happening here too. Just insanely bad service. It amazes me people invest in their Stock. They **bleep** away so much with broken simple stuff like this issue.
FIX YOUR WEBSITE eBay.

I have just discovered something. I just switched to the new lister Ebay has, to try it out and now I can revise my templates. Revising listings with the Classic lister is not working...

Hi super_sunny,
I can't find a new area. Where is that located?
Thanks.

Happening to me again, the 5th time, on a Saturday too, unable to schedule or list single items, one at a time-----so annoying. The workaround is as they are auto-created as a Draft, have a few Drafts available, click those drafts in the bulk-editor; i.e., editing multiple drafts at once, change the scheduled time for all of them to "Start my listings when I submit them", save each, click submit, and they should all be listed. Mine were.
Hope eBay fixes the other way since it keeps occurring and it shouldn't. I dunno, when I programmed with C and Perl back in the day, something like that would never become an executable when the code was compiled. Me thinks it is a bad cloud server, and not necessarily a programming issue---they have to find that MacHine and put it on the side of the road so I can pick it up for Gold Scrap Recovery....lol.

I haven't reads the other replies and this may or may not help. I haven't been able to save templates for a few days. I've gone round and round with eBay. BUT. When I noticed sellers were having trouble accessing their templates, I went to check mine and found they were there. I then took an existing template and changed it for a new one and it saved that. I am able to list by changing my existing templates. A pain, I understand and not everyone will be able to do it but ok in a pinch.

yea, you can copy an existing template and save it but you won't be able to revise that new template...

the new lister? When you create a new listing there should be an option in the top right corner that says something like "Try out the New Lister"

Same here - but applies to everything: changing an existing template, saving a listing as a template, etc.

yeah, a few days ago I could make a copy of a template and save it but I couldn't even do that yesterday...

I don't see anything like that when I choose to create a new listing. I wonder if I'm already in the new lister? How would I tell?

Hi
Same for me
Too bad a billion dollar company has no customer service reps to speak to. 😘
