I bought a battery from a seller on e-bay. The battery would not fit in my laptop, and I ask for a refund. I was sent an e-mail with a link to click on to print the return label. Every time I try to print the return label I get this message, "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again". I have tried everything I can think of to get to get a label in a format I can print with no success. I only have until 7/20/2023 to return this item for the refund. I need help
