I recently moved. I have updated the account settings addresses: "Registration address", Shipping address" and "Ship from address".
When I add a new listing in the "Preferences" section of the draft it populates "Your Settings" of: Handling Time, Item Location, and Returns. Currently the Item Location still shows my old location.
When I edit the Item Location in "Your Settings" in the draft it changes for that listing only. Next listing added, same problem.
Where and/or how do I update the "Item Location" so all new listings will reflect my new address?????

The old address should only appear in relists, drafts, and sell-similar. New listings, created from scratch, should pull the item location from your ship-from settings. Also pay attention to the return address that appears on the label printing program, as that may need an update. It can be changed on the label screen, but there is also a return field in your account address settings.
If you are enrolled in Seller Hub, you can revise all listings in bulk to display the new item location.

I agree new listings "Should" pull from the item location from my ship-from settings. But as stated I have updated the account settings addresses: "Registration address", Shipping address" and "Ship from address" and new listings still pull my old city and zip as the item location.
Thanks for the attempt.
e-Bay customer service has not been of any help either. I would think e-Bay has been around long enough they should have a procedure of x many steps to make this update but instead they play 20 questions hoping one may solve the issue. So far none have.

You can report the issue to customer service and ask that the programmers look at your account. Use the contact option at the bottom of this page.
