yesterday evening out of the blue Ebay and shipping easy stopped syncing orders. I did have some orders earlier in the day and when I did my nightly orders they all processed and even showed shipped on the ebay website but all the orders I received after 5:00 p.m. do not show up on Shipping Easy I have tried reconnecting the store but to no avail

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear orders aren't loading into Shipping Easy.
Typically when there are major connection issues between us and a third party, it will block all connections, meaning that it wouldn't even let you complete the reconnection process. Because you were able to do that successfully, this leads me to believe that there is something going on either with your Shipping Easy account, or their platform as a whole.
I would recommend reaching out to their support to see if there are any known issues going on. If nothing else, I would get an information you can from them, or any error log they can provide, so we can look into it further on our side.
