Not sure where to post but I was switched over to managed payments
today, which I was prepared for, and since then I have had zero orders.
I have been on ebay for nearly twenty years and always have orders. Is
there something I should be looking for?

How is it that when I use the Global Shipping program and ship my
package on time to the distribution center, package is delayed obviously
with the Covid-19, then ebay forces a refund even though they shipped
the package and it is still in transit.
How does this work?? I shipped the product to Ebay Global shipping on
time! They lose the package customer gives me negative feedback opens a
case then ebay refunds there money so I am out the product, the shipping
charges and left with a negative fe...
Well update I called and talked to ebay they did not see anything wrong
on their end, put me on hold for a few minutes ti check something else
and said all is good here. Five minutes later orders started coming in a
minute apart so whatever they did ...

I realize that and not bashing managed payments yet. It just strange
that the switch was made and my sales have zeroed and was wondering if
anyone else has had an issue
