Update: Because we are transitioning from File Exchange to Seller Hub Reports, we are no longer raising File Exchange limits, and ask you to instead upload files to Seller Hub Reports: https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads

Seller Hub Reports has the same size limits of 14.9MB, and 150,000 lines per file that existed in File Exchange.

As for the daily upload limits with Seller Hub Reports, we have an upper limit set to ensure all sellers have the best experience and to protect our systems from abuse. Our daily limit is set to be high on purpose and subject to change, however most sellers won’t reach the limit. If anyone believes they have reached the limit, they can reply to this thread or reach out to us at turbodata@ebay.com, as noted below, for assistance.

Although I would recommend using Seller Hub Reports files to make any revisions/additions, the system is compatible with File Exchange files as well.

Are any other File Exchange limits still in place for the Hub, like max rows and file size?

I migrated from Programmatic File Exchange endpoints into the Feed API.

Now I've got problem with limits.

We actually sell on the following marketplaces:

end we used to upload file to the followinf endpoint:

after migration the api url is always:

https://api.ebay.com

and we ar reciving the following error:

[message] => You have exceeded the maximum number of records or tasks that can be created or processed in the period (hourly or daily). Wait until the present period ends before trying again. Please reference the API documentation for more information.

We have 27000 products in our catalog replicated for each marketplace.

Because you are now using the API after this transition, the API call limits on your account need to be addressed via a compatible app check on our developer site. You can read more about it here: https://developer.ebay.com/support/app-check

If you are using a File Exchange spreadsheet to manually upload to Seller Hub Reports, the file-size limits are:

14.9MB, and 150,000 lines per file. Sellers with large files may need to break them into smaller uploads.

By the way, the photos linked in your item descriptions are invalid (file not found). Please check that you are using the correct URL for that embedded photo.

Hi, may I please request an increase in my limit? I'm trying to upload multiple files (around 2000), each with at least 50 lines. I'm reaching the upload limit easily.
