Do quotation marks break Terapeak product research?

I am trying to do this search on Terapeak, 

Search: Untuckit long sleeve 2xl

Last 90 days

Used

Men's button down shirts

• Sell through rate: 22%

Search: Untuckit "long sleeve" 2xl

Last 90 days

Used

Men's button down shirts

• Sell through rate: 44%

You can see that by using quotes, or quotation marks, results in a big increase in sell through. Which way is more accurate? Do you use quotes in Terapeak? Is the sell-through stat accurate in your opinion?
