Day 3 Photo editor not working No Crop Needs trouble ticket opened.

When making a new listing on  desk top. directly on the eBay platform.  You can whiten the background but after saving go to crop the photo down to highlight product the button shows crop outline.  However it in not adjustable and does not work. 

Oh and tried on mobile app bot working there either.

Just a thought when you crop on the whiten background and adjust it why can eBay just use that as the crop,  instead of having to re it a second time.

I am having this crop problem.  I have windows 10 and the most updated Firefox browser. I cleared the cache still did not work.  I tried the Microsoft edge browser still did not work.  Reading here and on ebay help I realize I am not seeing  (or ever have seen) the contrast or brightness adjustments or a save feature or a remove background option. Rotate and crop are the only options I see. The rotate is working.  The crop is not.  The photo vanishes from the edit window when I click the crop button.  The crop button did work until about a week ago.

Any help appreciated.

Same. On my Android phone which has always worked perfectly until today when I uninstalled and reinstalled my ebay app to update it. Big mistake.  Now when  I try to crop my photos the screen goes black and I have to go back through my browser and back again to get back into my ebay account. Ebay, are you listening??? We need your help over here!
