I went to do my weekly feedback for customers today and the changes to the feedback tool make this impossible now.

I can no longer see which item was purchased by which buyer. I can only see the item name, item picture, and 'sold by.' Since I sell multiple of the same item, I can no longer see who purchased which item, if it was delivered already (I don't leave feedback until it is delivered) and can only click the buttons to leave feedback. Can no longer remove an item from showing in the screen for items I don't want to leave feedback for etc.

And for once, the feedback button that usually annoys the heck out of me on every page, is nowhere to be found.

Also, we can't even click on the item sold to get details about it - now making a task that used to take maybe 5 min, a complete train wreck of an experience and I cant leave feedback for my customers now.

Who would approve this change? This makes no sense at all and is taking away valuable information and time from those of us who run our businesses with efficiency in mind.

After answering a couple of questions and hitting "send" you should have the chance to add a comment of up to 500 characters.

Apparently feedback doesn't seem to be important. No buyer ID, No date of purchase, No more detailed sellers rating stars. I didn't even get a line to write a comment for either my seller or buyer. All I saw was pushing the positive toggle button for a buyer. and the neutral or negative for the seller. Perhaps this just just a glitch.
