wrong part

bought a part that  the shop just sat  able to put on the car for me and found out after opening the box it is the wrong one I know it is pass the window time but did not know the shop tryed to contact the saler to  tell them but no answer I need a return label to send this back but the saler will not respond

If it was delivered more then 30 days ago, there's nothing you can do through Ebay?

Was the wrong part ordered or was the wrong part sent?

Did you buy it or the shop?  It was not a good thing if the shop left it sit unopened.  Did you give it to the shop or did they buy it?   I am confused?

If it is passed the 30 days you can try and get the sellers phone number.  I do not know if that is possible anymore.  But I would try contacting them again yourself if you did not.  You may have a kind seller who will work with you. Or not.

You can request a refund from your credit card company … but you may be responsible for paying the return shipping.

eBay has never extended the deadline for accepting a claim to my knowledge.

If it's past 30 days then seller doesn't have to accept a return.

I think it would depend on if they ordered the wrong part or the seller shipped the wrong part?
