Why is the actual postage label in the pdf on its side? The problem is you can't turn it round to print on my jadens lable printer. It prints but only half the page is used and its tiny. yes selected 6" x 4" tried to change from portrait but it doesn't solve the problem.
regards
Bill

@bigbill2656 so u r saying when the print window appears, u can't change the portrait or the % size of the label? sounds like a browser or jadens problem.

Although scammers can alter legitimate shipping labels, PDFs are more difficult to photoshop.

No when the PDF window opens the label is on its side not straigh uo. you cannot turn it because you have to pay adobe. I can turn it from landscape to portrate but that wont sort the problem. tried 3 browsers Chrome, firefox and safari.
