the seller stated the item would fit my 1992 ford f150 truck and it does not. it is too small. i cannot use it. it must be returned . since the reason for the return is the sellers fault why am i bieng charged? the fact that the seller is a small, or minority owned business has nothing to do with the fact that the item i received was not  as described

That is considered a remorse return and buyer pays return shipping.

You should have selected, it doesn't fit my vehicle or item isn't as described, then seller would pay return shipping.

Anything the seller states in emails are just emails and not considered a sale...so they mean nothing.

You are at fault here, it has nothing to do with a small or minority owned business. Why would you think eBay would make you pay return shipping on a properly opened not as described case because the seller is a minority? Lmaooooooooo.
