Re: returns

Unless you are approving a return from someone from another country (at which you will have to Paypal them the Money, depending on the 'reason' used for the return.

What does the return case say?

You simply 'approve' the return, in the case/message that you received. Depending on the reason, you will either 'automatically' be sending them a return postage label, which they will use and you will get charged for later, or the 'customer' will have that portion of the refund removed, by ebay, when you 'refund' the item when you receive it.

A 'CASE' means that the buyer opened a 'return' (in this scenario)

Re: returns

When the buyer first filed for the return, you needed to accept the return and send a shipping label, not just your address..

When you didn't, the buyer has asked Ebay to step in and they'll probably refund the buyer and let them keep the item.

Have a great day.

Re: returns

the buyer is stating that i didnt send him a return label/ my address but i did through messages. i accepted the return and then sent him my posal code and address. i still dont have my item and the option to refund him or send a label to him is not appearing at all. Ebay is telling me i need to provide a return label but how do i do that? does it count if i go to a post office and buy a postage label then send him an image of it or nah?

Re: returns

If buyer is from another country...not UK...you will have to send postage money in a Pay Pal account.

Not every seller and buyer, unfortunately is hooked up for receiving and sending money this way.

Buyer get a money transfer and then buyer can transfer it to his bank. Returns from one country to another is not easy.

If it is a buyer in the UK...I would think eBay can send a return label.

Is it the 50$ sale? I am kind of thinking the return shipping is not going to be cheap.

You can offer a partial refund.

Leaving such a feedback for the buyer before solving the problem first didn't help. Buyer can revise a feedback in 30 days only.

If buyer doesn't get a return label...buyer keeps item and gets a refund from eBay.
