Hi

I need to return an item to the Ebay International Inc building on 110 Internationale Bvld Glendale Height Illinois 60139 USA but the Delivery company needs a phone number and email address for the delivery does someone know what this is and perhaps could let me know what this is so I can put this down for the delivery company for contact without this I am unable to pay for the return.

Did you contact your seller? Ebay Inc. doesn't take returns.  You have to file a return with the seller.

Thank you so much for responding to me so quickly the seller is being really awkward and refuses to take return  and will not give me a contact telephone number or email address and I noticed that the item I received was not as what he described it and it looks like it could almost be counterfeit Ebay will not help as I started a return but closed it as they wanted to charge me $60 to return the item which is a complete joke as this is a complete rip off so I closed it not realising that once I did this Ebay have now said they cannot help me but I have done a dispute with Paypal and they said that Ebay Commerce Inc have agreed to issue a full refund once I return the item to Ebay Commerce Inc address:  Belford_ltd 110 Internationale Blvd Glendale Heights Il 60139 USA so I started a return with a delivery company, as I am paying for the return, but they require a contact number and email address which I do not have so I wondered if anyone knew this information I would be really grateful.

The address you are mentioning almost sounds like a freight forwarder.    You do have a 30 day money back guarantee and the seller needs to honor it.  If the seller chooses not to respond or react, Ebay will step in and you will be refunded.  Sellers are supposed to pay for the labels, not the buyers.  If your complaint was legitimate, which I'm sure it probably is,  the seller has to honor the return in full.  Keep correspondent with Ebay and they should help you with this situation.

It's not a FF, it's the address for one of the hubs for the new ebay International shipping program.

Not sure how that program works for SNAD. I'd heard that supposedly ebay "handles all returns/refunds", which is the whole point of using it (not that you have much choice since they dumped GSP).

Maybe someone else who knows more about how it works will come along.

Thank you for your advice I have been a member of ebay for 18 years and this only the second item I have ever disputed  I have been trying to fight this for  a few weeks I have phoned Ebay they refuse to help me even though this is a legitimate request and complaint as I accidently closed the return due to the cost of the return postage then i had to wait for Paypal to respond to me the Seller just refuses to be of any help saying that as it is now 30 days they will not accept the return, but Paypal have said that Ebay Commerce Ltd will, I ordered the item on the 3rd of February but did not take delivery until 20th of February 2023 I contacted the seller on the 22nd of February and they have been really unhelpful and will not respond quickly or keep telling me there is nothing they can do but Paypal stepped in and said Ebay Commerce Ltd have agreed for the return but I need the phone number and email for the delivery company this is so frustrating as neither the seller or Ebay will assist me and I am left with this item that is not what was described.

I would just put in my phone number and e-mail address, the package is going to be delivered and more than likely nobody is ever going to look at either the phone number or e-mail.

The shipper may send an e-mail and/or call the number, but then you just OK the delivery when they contact you.

As I understand it, there are no longer any international returns. The buyer is refunded by eBay and keeps the item and the seller keeps the sale proceeds. Here's eBay's explanation of the program.

@Anonymous  If you paid by credit card, cut out PP and eBay altogether and fiile a chargeback with the card provider.
