I have an international buyer making a return. The tracking number is "marked shipped" on eBay return page however the tracking number doesn't register as being sent when actually running the tracking number. I've run the tracking number through multiple sites.
How long of a timeframe does eBay allow in such a scenario when a return package isnt actually actually dropped off but marked as shipped on eBay?
How long should I wait before contacting customer service? If at all

The buyer has @boutique_parts 15 business days to get the first tracking scan. eBay won't close the return even if contacted.

And what happens after 15 days without a scan? It auto closes or I should contact customer service then? That screenshot makes it seem like they have an infinite amount of time.
