I ordered the Hempvana Straight Eight and have a problem with it. It's abrasive to my skin and irritates me, even though it's worn over a t-shirt. The seller and e-bay closed the case leaving me stuck with an item that I cannot tolerate and out of $29.40

From your feedback left, you have a problem with every item you have purchased. Maybe you have lost your MBG privilege.

Did you buy from a seller with a 'No Returns' policy, and marked a remorse reason (Ex. 'Didn't like') in your Return?

Thank you for posting your buying ID. Next, if your MBG has been voided because it looks like you were not happy with 4 items, then see if you can sell the shirt on ebay and try to recover most or all of your money.
P.S. It's not the seller's fault if the item is smaller than the listing size. As long as the seller wrote the correct size, it's NOT his or her fault that the item does not fit you exactly. If you have to constantly return items because they don't fit right, then buying online is not for you. I know for me, I need to try on the item before I buy. I do not buy clothing online because of this.

Thank you for showing concern regarding my return/refund denial. I was honest about the item causing abrasive and irritating discomfort to my shoulders, underarms, and lateral sides of my chest, even though I wore a t-shirt under the item. I did not add in my complaint that the Hempvana Straight 8 came in a crushed box that may have been opened before, as it was obvious the box was already opened. Nor did I state that there was loose threads. Subsequently, neither the seller nor eBay considered my physical discomfort regarding the item. Therefore, I am forced to dispose of this item, as it does not work for me.

Thank you. But the return was not about the size. It was the roughness, abrasiveness, and irritation, I experienced even though a t-shirt was worn under the Hempvana Straight *

So the shipping services rendered for YOU at YOUR request should go on someone else’s bill. That’s incredibly disgusting.
If you want wide open returns you need to buy things at the store where the store can make the manufacturer eat it instead of causing losses for small business.

Yikes. That is awful feedback that you give to others. So you gave the seller a negative because he had to reship the package because you gave them the wrong address? On behalf of every clothing seller here, they thank you for posting with your ID.
You need to realize that buying clothes here is not like buying clothes on Macys.com. There are many, many small sellers here and it costs them money to deal with returns. I know that I am picky with clothing and hard to get something to fit right . I know that for me, I would have to return most of the stuff and that is why many, many years ago, I stopped buying clothing online.

You should have paid for the post to resend the item that went to the wrong address. Did you? You provided the address and the seller shipped to the address provided by you. How in the world does the seller deserve a negative for your mistake? Wow.

If you want to be able to return items you're unhappy with or you no longer want you must buy from sellers that have returns accepted as their return policy. They accept returns for any reason.
You would be responsible for the return shipping and the seller can deduct original shipping from your refund. There are many sellers that offer free returns where the seller pays return shipping. Those details will be in the listing.
As for you being stuck with it you can always resell it here on eBay or locally.
Good luck and thank you for posting.
