On December 9, I placed an order for some boots.
Two hours later I contacted the seller to cancel my order and they told me that I could not cancel it. The boots arrived at my house on January 11. I contacted the seller because I want to return the boots and I sent the photos they requested. The company gave me the following answer: we will return 50% if you give us a good review.
I do not agree and asked for return label. Because I want my money back .

What is the seller's return policy?

Find the item and choose return this item citing changed mind, no longer want it. If you return it in the same condition the seller is only supposed to deduct the original shipping you paid.

Might you be better off to resell them?

This is a public forum, not eBay CS. The seller is located in China @blaur-9098 and they have a 30 day buyer pays returns policy. You want to return them because you changed your mind about the purchase (after it was too late to cancel) so you will either have to pay for return shipping to China or keep the shoes. Return, keep, donate, it's up to you but the seller is not responsible for return shipping because you changed your mind about the purchase.

I have been in communication with that company for over a week and they have not sent me a return label.
In addition, I canceled my purchase two hours after making it and they got involved in sending me the boots. I'm going to solve this problem with my bank, you guys are stealing from me!!

You guys? You are not talking to Ebay here.Your return would be a remorse return, you would be liable for return shipping to China.

You are wrong to do that. Welcome to everyone's Blocked Bidder List!

Your bid is an obligation to pay if you win.  You need to learn eBay policy before you buy.

The seller is not obligated to cancel! HOWEVER you can return them at your expense because return shipping is on you when you change your mind and no longer want them. What about that do you not understand?

 

A foreign seller cannot issue you a return label anyway. A seller can only issue a postal label that originates  from their own country. 

 

Disputing the charge incurs a $20 fee to the seller which is unfair because one, the seller didn't do anything wrong, and two,  a dispute means you didn't  receive the item or you received it and it wasn't  as described  and the seller is refusing to  accept a return.

So you're abusing the seller and abusing the credit card company! Thanks for posting.

You have an hour to cancel, not 2.

You didn't cancel, you asked for a cancel which the seller can turn down.

Of course they haven't sent a return label, you are responsible for return shipping since you changed your mind.

You did not cancel. You can not cancel. You can only "request to cancel".

eBay does not work the same way as some sites.

PS nobody is stealing from you. You are the one stealing from the seller when you file a chargeback.

You might have ask to cancel, but the seller is the only one that can cancel the order.

How are they stealing from you, you got what you ordered?

Why did you buy this item only to want to cancel it?

This is NOT the sellers fault it is yours 

Be sure to NOT PURCHASE AND PAY for an item unless you are 100% sure you want it
