Its simple enough to open an item not received case, its all automated.Go to your transaction and use the drop down menu. Hopefully you are still within Ebays thirty day money back guarantee. If not, you have six months to open a case at PP, and most credit cards.

Go here

Find the item and then select the "More actions" button
Select "Return this item"

You can do a live chat with AI it might help you. Or you can file an item not received here.

The OP did not receive the item per his message.
So he would open an item not received case.

You don't need a phone #, you don't need the BBB and you don't need to resort to any of the other solutions you mentioned.
Have you read the Money Back Guarantee? ALL buyers need to get acquainted with it because it clearly explains the protection eBay offers if/when a transaction goes wrong.
PS: You don't really believe eBay would be shut down because of your complaint, do you?

Once again, y’all have been duped by obvious sarcasm. Calling the FTC and BBB would be silly - that should have been enough of a clue.
thanks for the chuckle, brother!

How to spell "received"...in case you need it next time.

I’m not sure what more can be done to make it clear to buyers that the MBG exists. It is on almost every page that a user can open while browsing the site.

The OP states he never received the item. That means that he should open an INR case, not any other kind.

Obvious sarcasm? It was not so obvious to me and I answered accordingly. What's the point?
Sorry no chuckles.

Would that be the "next time" the OP decides to post "obvious sarcasm"?
